Meet Ramsey!
Here is what Ramsey has said of his approach:
I believe counseling is most effective when it feels like a safe and supportive space to simply be yourself. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, and I work alongside clients to better understand their experiences and goals. I use techniques from CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy, always tailoring them to fit each individual’s needs. My background in addiction recovery has shown me the power of resilience and change, and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Above all, I focus on building trust and creating a space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
