Show Us How You Play Wednesday!

Play looks different for every person—and that’s exactly what makes it so meaningful.

Whether it’s imaginative, movement-based, sensory exploration, building, creating, parallel play, or something completely unique… there is no right or wrong way to play.

At CBA, we value play as a way to connect, learn, communicate, regulate, and celebrate each child’s interests and strengths. Today we’re highlighting all the amazing ways our clients play and explore the world around them!

Learning that behavior is communication changes everything.

Our team recently joined virtually with Amanda Hineline to deepen our understanding of trauma-informed care and how we can better support the individuals and families we serve. 💙

Life lately at CBA

Check out cbacares’s video.

Starting new relationships as a teenager can be exciting… and sometimes a little confusing. 💬

We created this short video to help teens better understand what safe, respectful, and healthy dating looks like in real life. From setting boundaries to recognizing red flags, these are skills that don’t always get taught—but they matter.

At CBA, we believe in supporting not just behavior change, but real-life confidence and independence. ❤️

Take a few minutes to watch, and feel free to share with a teen (or parent!) who could benefit from it.

CBA is celebrating TWO graduations for our Junior BCBA Interns — first up, Abby Amburgey! 🎓

Abby has been part of the CBA team for more than three years. She started as a Behavior Technician, earned her RBT credential, and stepped into a Junior BCBA Intern role after beginning her master’s program and demonstrating an incredible talent for mentoring new technicians. Abby brings curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to grow in her own skill set and challenge others to do the same.

Abby, we’ve loved being part of your journey to becoming a BCBA, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish.

Congratulations, grad! 🎉
