Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

Su***de is the second leading cause of death among young people ages 10–24 in Kentucky, and autistic individuals experience su***de rates that are even higher.
This is something we need to talk about. We need to create spaces where people feel safe asking for help, being heard, and being themselves—without judgment or stigma.

We’re committed to being part of that conversation by doing what we can to aid in su***de prevention. All of our clinicians are QPR-trained (Question, Persuade, Refer) and have received specific training in autism-informed safety planning, helping us better recognize risk, respond with compassion, and support autistic individuals in moments when they need it most.

If you’re struggling, please know this: you matter. Your life matters. You don’t have to navigate hard moments alone.
