What started as a dream has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. 💙

After years of helping clients navigate life’s challenges, 816 Counseling Services has officially moved into a larger space designed to better serve our community. From cozy therapy offices to a welcoming atmosphere, every detail was created with healing, connection, and growth in mind.

We are excited to welcome Anastasia Coleman, LCSW, PMH-C to our team in Liberty, Missouri!

Anastasia is now accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. She specializes in supporting women, children, families, and perinatal mental health needs including pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions.

She is currently pending with Aetna insurance and accepting private pay clients now.

At 816 Counseling Services, we focus on relationship-centered, attachment-informed care and are excited to continue expanding services within the KC community.

Motherhood, for me, looks like this 🤍

Different personalities.
Different needs.
Different pieces of my heart walking around outside my body.

Being their mom isn’t about doing it perfectly…
It’s about showing up.
Learning as I go.
Repairing when I get it wrong.
And choosing connection, over and over again.

These boys are the reason behind so much of who I am today.
They’ve stretched me, grounded me, and reminded me what truly matters.

And if I’m being honest… they’re also a big part of why 816 exists.
Because I know how hard, beautiful, exhausting, and meaningful this role really is.

To the moms doing the work, the invisible, everyday, never-ending work…
I see you. I am you.

I’m looking to add a motivated, relationship-focused therapist to join 816 Counseling Services, a growing, relationship-centered practice based in the Kansas City area.

🗓 Schedule Needed:

* Wednesday & Thursday evenings
* Full days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

💼 Position Details:

* W-2 position
* Paid per completed, billable session (tiered rates based on weekly volume)
* Weekly paid consultation/collaboration time
* Full administrative support (billing, EHR, systems, etc.)
* You are responsible for building your caseload, with active support from 816 to help drive referrals and growth

🧠 What I’m Looking For:

* Fully licensed therapist in Missouri (Kansas a plus)
* Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload
* Strong clinical skills and values collaboration
* Alignment with a relationship-centered, attachment-focused approach

✨ About 816 Counseling Services:
We are not a general therapy practice.
We are a relationship-centered practice focused on attachment, connection, and helping clients create real, lasting change.

This role is a great fit for clinicians who want:
✔ Flexibility in their schedule
