Hot summer days mean kids need extra help staying cool. Kids sweat less efficiently than adults, so they're more prone to overheating. Watch for signs of heat exhaustion: heavy sweating, fatigue, dizziness, or nausea. Offer water frequently (not just when they say they're thirsty), dress them in light breathable fabrics, and never leave a child in a parked car - not even for a minute. 💧 https://www.afkpeds.org/
