Tiffany’s knocking it out of the park, about halfway through her 200-hour yoga teacher training! She’ll be ready to lead her first official class by the Fourth of July. 🇺🇸 I’m grateful to Donita for helping me cheer her on and show her the ropes. 👏🏼

Find Donita at 9 am every Monday for Gentle Yoga, and again 9 am every Wednesday for Soul Flow. My regular classes are Soul Flow at 5 pm Mondays, 9 am Tuesdays, and 9 am Fridays, plus Gentle at 9 am Thursdays. And you’re invited!
