Residents at Chatsworth Commons Senior Living enjoyed a relaxing Transformations Positivity Meditation session, a peaceful change of pace designed to encourage mindfulness, reflection, and self-care. During this guided experience, residents were invited to slow down, focus on their breathing, let go of negative thoughts, and turn their attention toward positivity, joy, and hope. 💚 It's wonderful to see our residents embracing the Transformations journey and discovering new ways to support their well-being, one experience at a time.
