Lubbock Autism Academy at Caprock Behavioral Solutions LLC The Lubbock Autism Academy provides research-based, one on one instruction so every client can achie We accept most major insurance providers.

Caprock Behavioral Solutions is Lubbock's first and only locally owned Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic. We primarily serve children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) age 2 through 22. All programs are overseen by a BCBA. All of our therapists are required to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician certification within their first six months of employment. Our intensive programs a

re one-on-one and our social skills groups are no more than four to one. Though we primarily serve individuals with ASD, we also serve others that need behavioral support services. BCBA supervision is also available.

Happy 10 year anniversary to Malaney Harmon!! 💐🎉🥳

Today we're celebrating a whole decade with one of Caprock's brightest lights!
Malaney brings enthusiasm, compassion, and creativity to the Program Director role. Whether she's supporting clients, helping a teammate, or finding a way to make a challenging day a little more fun, she always tries to make a positive impact on everyone around her.
Her ability to connect with others, bring energy into the clinic, and approach each day with a positive attitude helps create the supportive culture we strive for. She's the kind of person who jumps in wherever needed, encourages those around her, and reminds us that great work can be done with both professionalism and heart.
We're grateful for the dedication, laughter, and positivity she brings into all of our lives each day.

Today we are celebrating Merinda's 3-year anniversary with Caprock Behavioral Solutions!

Over the past three years, Merinda has worn many hats, serving our clients and team in multiple roles, including RBT and now CAT. Throughout every position, she has consistently demonstrated dedication, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed.

Merinda has a remarkable talent for creating engaging, individualized materials that make learning meaningful and fun for her clients. Her creativity, hard work, and willingness to go above and beyond never go unnoticed. Whether she's supporting clients, collaborating with teammates, or finding innovative solutions to challenges, she brings positivity and excellence to everything she does.

Happy Anniversary Luci! We are so proud of all you have accomplished over the last year from beginning in secondary, being well rounded with all age groups, then joining the Severe Behavior Team. Luci has been an asset in all areas that she has worked in with high energy, building meaningful relationships, and having a positive attitude daily. She's someone that is seen as a role model and someone that is easy going when situations are stressful. You can always find Luci joking around and with a smile on her face.
