Lubbock Autism Academy at Caprock Behavioral Solutions LLC The Lubbock Autism Academy provides research-based, one on one instruction so every client can achie We accept most major insurance providers.

Caprock Behavioral Solutions is Lubbock's first and only locally owned Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic. We primarily serve children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) age 2 through 22. All programs are overseen by a BCBA. All of our therapists are required to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician certification within their first six months of employment. Our intensive programs a

re one-on-one and our social skills groups are no more than four to one. Though we primarily serve individuals with ASD, we also serve others that need behavioral support services. BCBA supervision is also available.

We are SO lucky to have April as part of our Feeding Therapy team!

💛 From day one, she has jumped in, ready to make a plan, get things done, support her team, and have SO much fun along the way! April is a true go-getter, game planner, team player, and professional hype woman for our kiddos. 🥰 She has already touched so many lives, and the progress our kiddos have made with her has been absolutely incredible to watch!

Whether she’s celebrating a brand-new food, cheering on one more bite, or finding a creative way to make feeding therapy fun, April always brings patience, energy, and a whole lot of heart to the table. 🍽️

Once a quarter, we hit pause on our usual routines for our professional development day! 💙 💛

It’s a full day dedicated to our staff—learning new things, sharpening our skills, sharing ideas, connecting with each other, and having a little fun.

Last Friday, Lubbock Autism Academy was honored to participate as a speaker at the inaugural Autism and Neurodiversity Conference hosted by Catholic Charities of Lubbock.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share our mission, connect with fellow professionals and community members, and engage in meaningful conversations about supporting autistic and neurodiverse individuals. Events like these strengthen collaboration, increase awareness, and help build a more inclusive community for the individuals and families we serve.

Thank you to Catholic Charities of Lubbock, Early Learning Center of Lubbock, and Lubbock Area United Way for making this event possible and for inviting us to be a part of this meaningful day. We look forward to continuing our work alongside our community to promote understanding, advocacy, and access to quality support and education.

🎉 Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Leyla! 🎉

Over the past year, Leyla has become such an important part of our clinic and team! She is always willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed, whether that means supporting another room, helping a teammate, or helping us to stay on track throughout the day. Leyla plays such a huge role in keeping our groups running smoothly and making sure our kiddos are where they need to be and on time!

She is dependable, organized, and always comes prepared for her sessions with fun activities and creative ideas to keep her kiddos engaged and learning. Her positive energy and fun personality make her such a joy to work with, and the care she has for her kiddos is evident in everything she does. We are so grateful for the teamwork, flexibility, and dedication she brings to the clinic each day.

🎉 Happy 3-Year Anniversary, Jasmine! 🎉

For the past three years, Jasmine has been the glue that holds our EC team together! Her calm, cool, and collected presence brings a sense of ease to the classroom and makes even the busiest days feel more manageable.

Jasmine is always the first to lend a hand to a technician in need, ready to give her all for our kiddos, and full of creative ideas to keep sessions fun, exciting, and engaging.

She is such an important part of the Caprock family, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to our team each day. Congratulations on three amazing years, Jasmine! We can’t wait to see all that is still to come! 💙
