When my daughter sees me get adjusted, move my body, take care of myself, and pay attention when something feels off… I hope she grows up seeing that as normal. Not: “You only take care of yourself when things get bad.” Just: “This is part of taking care of me”. Maybe doing things differently looks like teaching our kids to care for their bodies… before they ever have to beg for attention🤍
