Here’s a little about her from our website;

Tiffany Johnson, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Tiffany Johnson joined Lighthouse at the beginning of June 2024. She provides a wealth of experience and knowledge to our clinic having worked in the community for a few years. Mrs. Johnson's focus includes ADHD, depression and mood disorders, anxiety, and child and adolescent mood disorders.

Reminder:
The office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 for Memorial Day.
Please make sure to call or send us a text message at (256)325-2500 if you need any refills or have any questions by the end of day on Thursday, May 21st to ensure proper time to complete all requests.
We will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 8 a.m.

If you are in need of mental health services, please give our office a call or send us a text at (256)325-2500. We have several providers that are accepting new patients for in-person or telehealth visits.
If it is an emergency, please call the mental health hotline at 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.

If you have an appointment scheduled after lunch today, your provider will call you or do a video chat with you at your scheduled appointment time to complete your appointment with you. You should receive a text message with those details.
