Synergos Counseling and Wellness Synergos is an extension of the Greek word for "synergy" meaning working together. We thank you for allowing us to be a part of this journey!

Counselors, Registered Dietitians, Group therapy, individual and couples therapy, support and wellness groups, Child & Adolescent Counseling, Neurodivergent support, psychological services, and more! We offer mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults of every age. In-home services and teletherapy may be available on a case-by-case basis in addition to exposure therapy in the community allowing real time support to challenge anxiety. We also have a wellness center and offer yoga, massage therapy, reiki, acupressure, financial coaching, nutrition counseling with registered dietitians and more! Our specialties include but are not limited to:
-Individual Therapy
-Couples Counseling
-Family Therapy
-Children and Adolescent Counseling Services
-Anxiety-related disorders (i.e., Generalized Anxiety disorder, Hair Pulling disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive disorder, etc)
-Gold standard, evidenced based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT) Interventions
-Sex Therapy
-Eating Disorder Treatment
-Sports Dietetics and Performance Nutrition
-pediatric nutrition
