Agrace is now serving patients and families in Dubuque, Iowa and we’re looking for caring volunteers to join us.

For nearly 50 years, Agrace volunteers have provided companionship and support to people receiving hospice care wherever they call home. Volunteers in Dubuque can help us bring that same support to patients and families in their community.

No medical experience is needed. Just a willingness to give your time and make a meaningful difference for someone in your community.

The Janesville community has voted Agrace Hospice Care 'Best Hospice' in the Janesville Gazette Best of the Best Awards again!

Jill Cooley, nurse case manager, and Tayla Thomas, homecare manager, attended the Best of the Best Gala to represent Agrace and accept awards on our behalf.

Our Agrace Thrift Store in Janesville was also named runner-up for Best Consignment/Thrift Store.

Hospice care may be more accessible than you think.

Many insurance plans include a comprehensive hospice benefit, often leaving little or nothing to pay out of pocket. Medications, medical supplies and equipment related to the illness are also included.

Looking for support after the loss of someone you love?

Join us next Wednesday, September 2, from 5:30p.m.–7 p.m. for Bridges, a peer grief support group for adults grieving the death of a loved one—whether your loss was recent or years ago.

Led by an Agrace grief support specialist, each session offers a welcoming space to share, listen and connect with others who understand.

The cost is $20 per session, with reduced or waived fees available if needed. There is no charge if your loved one received Agrace Hospice Care services within the past 12 months.

Pre-registration is required and closes at 3 p.m. the day of the group. Reserve your spot at Agrace.org/griefgroup.
