This past Sunday, our great friends from Story Land welcomed staff, clients, and their families for the annual "Crotched Mountain Day." This was the final day of the 2026 season, and the gorgeous weather was happy to accomodate.

Crotched Mountain Foundation and Story Land have a treasured relationship that hoes back to the '50s, when the amusement park frist opened its doors.

The iconic Crotched Mountain Wishing Well greets attendees at the entrance, and invites passers-by to toss in a few coins to make a wish - with those donations going to support our mission.

It doesn't get more magical than that!

Episode 5 of The Lilypod is live! In this episode, our friends from LilyPad Clinical Change & Advocacy LLC sit down with occupational therapist and private practice owner, Allissa Younan of Holistic Abilities in Newington NH, to talk about what occupational therapy really looks like—and why it goes far beyond handwriting and fine motor skills.

Their conversation also highlights the importance of collaboration between OTs, behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, educators, and families. Together, we unpack how looking beyond a behavior to understand the “why” can help providers better support the whole child.

Enhanced Family Care is an individualized program for adults with disabilities, allowing them to remain active and engaged in their communities.

Participants are matched with a certified Home Care Provider and live with them in their home while receiving the support they need to thrive. Each person’s program is individualized to fit their unique needs. Participants are supported to maintain their existing social network of family and friends as well as build new connections in the community.

In this new episode, our friends from LilyPad Clinical Change & Advocacy LLC sit down with Dr. Brittany Bomil, a clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychological assessment, to demystify what a neuropsychological evaluation actually looks like for children and families.

With a particular focus on autism evaluations, they explore why assessment is about much more than a single test or score. Dr. Bomil discusses the importance of considering the whole child through standardized assessments, caregiver input, behavioral observations, collaboration with other professionals, and play-based observation.

This episode offers an approachable look at neuropsychological assessment and how a thoughtful evaluation can go beyond obtaining a diagnosis to help families and professionals better understand and support the whole child.

The apartments are located at three locations: Whitefield, NH, Portland, ME and East Greenbush, NY. Apartments are accessibly designed and affordably priced. Rental rates are based on 30% of a person’s adjusted income and includes heat, hot water, and electricity.
