Barre Life is Manchester's downtown fitness studio focusing on Barre, Yoga and Trampoline Group Fitness Classes.

🎶 Pennsylvania-based performance art group Squonk is bringing their newest outdoor spectacle, Joy Machine, to Manchester New Hampshire for THREE DAYS of live music, giant visual inventions, and interactive entertainment for all ages!

Become part of the show as audiences help animate puppets, play a massive drum wall, and bring the performance to life! Plus, enjoy workshops, backstage tours, and more between shows.

🎀 Barre for Breast Cancer Research 🎀

Join us on October 25th, all classes will be donation-based. We’re coming together to move with purpose and support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, with 100% of class donations going directly to the cause. 💗

We also added a 10am barre class that day!
Wear your pink, bring your energy, and help us make an even bigger impact. Barre Life will match all donations!

Pilates and pumpkins! Join us for Pilates 10/24 at 10am and stay after class to paint your own pumpkin! All supplies and pumpkins provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own pumpkin if you prefer. There is no extra cost for the pumpkin party, sign up on the schedule. We can’t wait!

Join us for a feel-good morning of movement, beauty, wellness, and giving back, hosted by The Alchemy Clinic in partnership with local favorites Barre Life and Lahālas Coffee!

We’ll start with an elevated barre class to get you moving, followed by coffee and matcha from Lahālas. Then, it’s time to relax, glow, and learn with a personalized skin consultation from the providers at The Alchemy Clinic, including an AURA curated product gift box, and stimulator peel as part of your experience.

And the best part? Net proceeds will be donated to Best Buddies.

A little reminder that everything about building this studio has been a lesson in patience. The big things, the little things, the things we thought would take weeks that took months… and yes, even our new sign.

But standing here and seeing it all come together, I’m reminded that good things are worth waiting for. Every detail, every delay, every decision, every lesson, it’s all part of the story of this little studio we love so much. 🩷

So happy to finally see BARRE LIFE up on the building where it belongs.
