Our office got a little extra cozy today 🎃🧡

We threw a surprise baby shower for our BCBA Taylor, who’s expecting baby Luna! There were balloons everywhere, a “little pumpkin” banner, and plenty of happy tears.

Taylor, you show up for our kids and families with so much heart every single day. Now it’s our turn to celebrate you. Luna is one lucky little girl 🌙💕

Monday’s here, but we’re still dreaming about Friday 🥞💤

Our Gahanna team kicked off the weekend with Pajamas & Pancakes, and Katie’s Pancakes rolled into the center to serve up a wonderful breakfast for our staff! 🧡 Fluffy stacks, cozy PJs, and plenty of smiles all around.

A huge thank you to Katie’s Pancakes for fueling our amazing team. We’d happily trade our Monday coffee for another round of pancakes right about now ☕➡️🥞

Monday, Sept 28 really said ✨double holiday✨ ❤️☕

National Heart Day + National Coffee Day hit at the same time, so obviously we had to celebrate both. Our team got fueled up with coffee and donuts 🍩 because caffeine and sprinkles are a love language, no notes.

But the main character of the day? Our Heart Wall 💌 Staff shared what fills their hearts, what makes them happy, and what they’re grateful for, and the whole wall ended up being peak wholesome energy 🥹

Yes, we’re posting this a little late 😅 but good vibes don’t expire. Grateful for a team that shows up with this much heart, every single day 🫶

A little Nacho Friday fun to celebrate our amazing staff! 🧀🎉❤️

🍂☕🍩 Donuts & Coffee Day was a success for our Columbus Community Staff!

We loved connecting with our Community team over fall-inspired handcrafted coffees, delicious donuts, and some exciting OTABA merch! 👕🍁

Staff picked up their f***y packs, hoodies, sweatshirts, and shirts, explored resources for leveling up to a Level 3 RBT, and stocked up on fun client materials from our Community Store! 🫧🧩📚

Most importantly, we enjoyed spending time together, answering questions, and making sure our amazing therapists feel seen, heard, and supported. Thank you for all you do! We’re so grateful to have you on our team! 🤎🧡
