On Target ABA Helping your child succeed at home, at school… and at all times.

We proudly serve the Cleveland and Central Ohio regions with multiple locations dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our goal is to see children succeed within their home environment, school environment, socially, emotionally, verbally, and functionally overall. At On Target ABA we look to improve quality of life in multiple ways, including group interaction

where kids work on appropriately taking turns, sharing, and calming strategies. We provide intensive ABA therapy to children, ages 2-18, both in-home, in school, and in clinic. We specialize in early intervention for children with autism and offer a collaborative approach which includes; Early Intervention Day Program, Clinic Based ABA therapy, and In-Home ABA therapy.

Earning your Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential is no small feat. It takes years of dedication, hard work, and a deep love for the children and families you serve. Syd has shown every bit of that and more, and today it is official.

PD Day brought ALL of our centers together for a day packed with real clinical training, team challenges, belly laughs, and moments that reminded us exactly why we do this work.

Blindfolds. Balloons. Behavior science. Big group photos. Bigger smiles. 🎈

Our team is our greatest strength — and days like this prove it.

📚 We trained harder.

Our Gahanna EL Center went ALL OUT for our incredible RBTs this past week — a different treat every single day, because one day is simply not enough! 🙌

🟥 Monday — Snack bar takeover! Chips, candy, pretzels — the works
🌮 Tuesday — Taco Bell run 👀
🍩 Wednesday — Dunkin’ donuts for the whole team
🥯 Thursday — Panera bagels & cream cheese
🍬 Friday — Snack bar is BACK and better than ever

Our RBTs give everything they have for our kids — every session, every day, without fail. Five days of treats barely scratches the surface of how appreciated they are. 💙

Two of our BCBA interns just did something incredible — and we are still celebrating! 🎉💙

Cailin Shindle passed her BCBA exam last month, and Rebecca LePage passed hers this month!

These two have worked so hard — the long hours of supervised fieldwork, the studying, the dedication to becoming the best clinicians they can be. It is all paying off in the most beautiful way.

We are SO proud of you both. The children and families you serve are incredibly lucky. 💙✨

🗣️💜 May is National Speech-Language-Hearing Month — and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating two of the most incredible humans on our team.

A huge, heartfelt shoutout to our amazing SLPs, Marni and Kathleen. 🥰

Every single day, these two show up as the biggest cheerleaders for our little ones — helping them expand their vocabulary, find their voices, and communicate with the world around them in ways that change everything.

The first time a child says a new word. The first time they express a need without frustration. The first time they make a connection through language that wasn’t there before.

Marni and Kathleen make those moments happen.

Our Worthington Center hosted an early Mother’s Day breakfast for our incredible staff this morning — pancakes, eggs, bacon, coffee, and a whole lot of love.

Because the mamas on our team deserved to feel celebrated before the big day. They pour so much into our kids every single day — and mornings like this are the least we can do. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to every mom on our team and every mama in our community. You are seen, you are celebrated, and you are so deeply appreciated. 🌸
