Our counselors are trained in play therapy, child and adolescent counseling, talk therapy, and couples, family, and marriage counseling. We offer social skills group, child parent relationship training, and various other support groups, including relationship tune ups and divorce support groups. Some areas of our expertise include: personal growth, life stressors, divorce, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, PTSD, grief, loss, infertility, adoption, attachment disorders, ADHD, impulse control, behavioral concerns, anger management, self-esteem, coping skills and more. We are committed to provide personalized and quality counseling to the McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano and surrounding communities.
