Hope Clinic of McKinney is a non-urgent, primary care medical clinic for under-resourced, uninsured residents of Collin County. Hope Clinic also provides optometry services, dermatology, pulmonology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, prescription assistance, and counseling. Appointments are required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Patients are not billed for services, but asked to

make a donation that is meaningful to them. All services are rendered without regard to a patient's ability to donate.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Meet Daniel Moreno! ✨

This month, we’re excited to highlight Daniel Moreno, our incredible Director of Development at CommonGood Medical. Daniel brings passion, creativity, and a deep heart for people into everything he does, helping connect our community to the mission of compassionate, whole person care.

We asked Daniel a few fun questions to get to know him better:

💙 If you could describe CommonGood in one word, what would it be and why?
“Accessibility. For so many people in our community, healthcare just isn’t accessible. CommonGood helps bridge that gap by giving uninsured neighbors access to compassionate, high quality care they may not otherwise receive.”

🍔 Favorite local lunch spot:
“Definitely The Yard. I’m a sucker for their cheeseburger with bacon and jalapeños. It never disappoints.”

🎬 Favorite clinic comfort:
“Movie scores, easily. Once I put my headphones on and throw on a good soundtrack, I can get so much work done. Somehow it makes even spreadsheets feel cinematic.”

May was a month of behind-the-scenes preparation, meaningful moments, and so much gratitude. 💙

This month we:

🎉 Celebrated staff birthdays
🍪 Were spoiled by volunteers bringing snacks and goodies
🎥 Filmed some fun staff reels
🩺 Visited the Collin College MA Program bake sale
🙏 Prepared quietly for something BIG coming soon

Even without a major event this month, God continued to provide through every conversation, volunteer, donor, and moment of encouragement.

Thank you for being part of this mission with us. We’re grateful for every blessing this month brought and excited for what’s ahead.

At CommonGood Medical, we pause on this Memorial Day and remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

We are deeply grateful for the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who served. Their legacy reminds us of the powerful truth found in John 15:13: “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

May we continue to live with compassion, humility, and gratitude for those who gave so much. 💙❤️
