Randi Gray Counseling

Randi Gray Counseling I work with most ages of clientele in Individual, Family & Marriage counseling.

As I continually connect and empathize with others as they work towards healing I understand what it is to hurt and I know what it takes to heal. I am continually amazed at the strength and ability that individuals posses to survive, overcome, recover, heal and rise above all of the traumatic or negative experiences they have lived through.

The teenage years can be challenging. Between friendships, school, social media, and figuring out who they are, it’s easy for teens to feel like they’re not good enough or they don’t quite fit in.

They don’t have to navigate those feelings alone.

The Confidence Project provides a supportive space where teens can:
✨ Connect with peers who may understand what they’re going through
🧠 Build practical skills for managing emotions and negative self-talk
🌱 Develop a healthier relationship with themselves
🤝 Receive guidance from a licensed professional counselor

Sometimes, knowing “I’m not the only one who feels this way” can make all the difference.

Sometimes, healing happens best when teens realize they’re not the only ones going through it.

Here is why group therapy works:

Peer Connection — Being around other teens who understand what they’re experiencing can help reduce feelings of isolation and create a sense of belonging.

Real Skills — Group therapy gives teens opportunities to learn and practice healthy coping, compassion, and emotional regulation skills they can use in everyday life.

A Licensed Guide — A professional counselor leads the group, creating a safe and supportive space while helping teens navigate challenges in a healthy way.

If your teen could benefit from a supportive space to connect with others and build new skills, group therapy may be a great place to start.

What does a truly healthy relationship look like after infidelity and betrayal — and is it even possible to get there?

Dr. Randi Gray was recently featured as a guest on the Choosing To Stay After Infidelity & Betrayal Podcast with Hali Roderick.

If you’ve been told to “set boundaries” or “communicate your needs” but never really understood what that looks like in real life after betrayal, this episode is for you.

Myth: “You have to open up during your very first group therapy session.”

Truth: You don’t have to share anything before you feel ready.

Starting group therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re surrounded by people you’ve never met. It’s completely okay to listen, observe, and take time to get comfortable with the group.

Group therapy is guided by a professional counselor who helps create a respectful, supportive environment. Your participation should happen at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Not because you feel pressured to open up.
