Behind every dream is a group of people.

Nothing meaningful is built alone. Every dream is shaped by the support, sacrifice, and encouragement of others along the way.

With God’s blessings and the people he has placed in our lives, we have built something far greater than any one person could accomplish alone—a place dedicated to excellence, service, and caring for others.

Grateful for the journey and for every person who has been part of it.

Facial fat grafting is one of the most powerful tools we have to restore a natural, youthful appearance.

As we age, it’s not just the skin that changes—we also lose volume in key areas of the face, creating hollowing, shadows, and imbalance.

During facial fat grafting, I carefully harvest your own fat, purify it, and strategically place it in areas that have lost volume. The goal isn’t to make the face look fuller—it’s to restore harmony, softness, and natural contours.

Every face ages differently, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all approach. For some patients, facial fat grafting is combined with a facelift. For others, it may be all that’s needed to achieve a refreshed appearance.

The key is making the right diagnosis and selecting the right treatment for your unique anatomy and goals.

Natural. Personalized. Designed to restore—not change—who you are.

Every face tells a story.

Every time I am in the operating room, I’m reminded that work can be more than a profession — it can be a calling.

God gives each of us talents not to hide them, but to cultivate them, refine them, and use them to serve others with excellence, purpose, and compassion. Creating natural, balanced beauty is one of the ways I strive to do that every day.

“Be fruitful and multiply…” — Genesis 1:28

To me, being fruitful also means using our gifts responsibly, creatively, and with integrity to bring good into the lives of others.

Grateful for the opportunity to combine science, artistry, and purpose in the work I love.

Every face tells a different story.

Today, I evaluated a patient who had undergone a facelift five years ago and came seeking a more balanced appearance. After a careful assessment, it became clear that the issue was not recurrent tissue descent, but volume loss after significant weight changes. Her deeper lift remained beautifully intact.

Rather than repeating a larger operation, I determined that fat grafting alone would best restore harmony and achieve her goals.

This is why individualized evaluation matters. True aesthetic medicine is not about applying a cookie-cutter solution or repeating the same operation on every patient. It’s about understanding the problem in front of you, making the correct diagnosis, and selecting the right technique for that specific person and condition.

This is where work finds purpose — using our God-given talents, creativity, knowledge, and discernment to meet the needs of others in a thoughtful and meaningful way.

There’s something special about witnessing someone step into the operating room for the very first time.

Today we had the pleasure of hosting Tessa, the current president of the Skin Club at University of Miami as she observed surgery with our team. Seeing the curiosity, excitement, and passion for medicine reminded me why mentorship and education matter so much in our field.

Medicine is built not only through knowledge and skill, but through experiences that inspire the next generation to pursue excellence with purpose and compassion. Grateful to be part of that journey.

One of the biggest concerns with lower eyelid surgery is changing the natural shape of the eyes.

This becomes even more important in patients with almond-shaped eyes and a positive tilt—where preserving that contour is everything.

For this patient, that was the priority from the very beginning.

28 days after a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, with conservative skin excision and fat grafting to the tear trough, you can see a clear improvement in the under-eye bags.

Most importantly, the natural shape of the eyes remains unchanged.

That’s the goal. Subtle, balanced, and true to the patient.

Top Doctor, Coral Gables 😎🙏🏼

A recognition I am grateful for,
but one that reflects something deeper than results alone.

It reflects a commitment to thoughtful care,
to precision without excess,
and to always putting the patient before the procedure.

Because excellence is not just what we do,
it’s how we think.

Each encounter with my patients is an opportunity to heal. Over the past 12 years in practice, I have come to realize that healing does not always happen in the operating room. Sometimes, healing begins by simply listening. Other times, it comes from having the honesty and judgment to say “no.”

Today, I had the privilege of performing a very special case: restoring the natural anatomy of the ear through otoplasty. I know this procedure will touch not only appearance, but also the soul.

This work is a blessing. It is a duty and a responsibility. We are all here for something greater.

God bless ❤️

Entering 2026 with a grateful heart ❤️

Grateful for my faith, my family, my team, and the work I am blessed to do every day.

My hope for this year is one of love and service—to our patients and to each other.

To help those with a shining soul restore what gravity, time, and sun exposure have gently taken away through the aging process—bringing balance back to both body and soul.

The best candidate for cosmetic surgery is someone who’s soul is in communion with GOD, and hungry to be surrounded by goodness, beauty, and love.

When that alignment exists, plastic surgery becomes part of the journey—not the destination.
