Many people seeking girth enlargement are drawn to solutions offering permanent, e.g. lifelong increases in pe**le size. What many of them find out is that the filler is permanent even when something goes wrong. And things can go terribly wrong, especially when plastic beads or silicone are injected into the p***s; they’re permanent because they’re alien to your anatomy.

It's not Halloween, but when it comes to unsafe girth enhancement, there's always a scary story.

Should you get PMMA-based fillers for girth enhancement?

In a word: No. In two words: Hell no.

PMMA-based girth enhancement means injecting small plastic beads (commonly used as bone cement) into the p***s with the goal of increasing collagen. It's a "permanent" filler in that it's foreign to human anatomy and can't be removed, and precludes other forms of medical treatment.

So, once again, you should not have it injected into your body. Hyaluronic acid-based fillers, when administered by a board-certified urologic surgeon, are safe, reversible and have clinically proven results.

In our latest short, UroFill© creator Dr. Paul Perito answers a question that should be glaringly obvious: Should patients use cadaveric fat for girth enhancement?

In one word: No. In two words: Absolutely not. In twelve words: You should not inject fat from dead bodies to increase your girth.

High-quality hyaluronic acid administered by a board-certified urologic surgeon is safe, reproducible, and if needed, reversible.

Don't gamble with your health and anatomy--especially if it involves injecting fat from dead bodies.

Should you use your own fat to enhance your girth? In a word: No.

In this video, UroFill© creator Dr. Paul Perito explains why.

There are many types of fillers for girth enhancement, but only HA provided by a qualified urologic surgeon yields safe, reproducible results.
