Our pharmacy has reduced its pricing for our prescription medical weight-loss options, and we’re passing those savings directly on to our patients.

At Milford Med Spa, our pricing is transparent:

⚕️ Medication packages are priced according to the amount prescribed and include temperature-controlled shipping, syringes, and injection supplies.

🩺 Twelve weeks of required medical care includes nurse practitioner prescribing and clinical oversight, LPN visits for support and safety, and nutrition-focused support from an LPN who is also a Certified Nutrition Coach. Kelly Cahill 🦊

💳 Qualified patients may apply for monthly payment options through Cherry financing.

🧬 Peptide Update

People have been asking me about peptides lately, and it’s important you know where I stand as our medical director.

Milford Med Spa already prescribes certain peptide-based therapies when medically appropriate, and our IV therapy uses legitimate, professionally sourced ingredients through established medical channels.

The FDA’s advisory committee preliminarily recommended six peptides for possible inclusion on the 503A compounding list:

✅ BPC-157
✅ KPV
✅ TB-500
✅ MOTS-c
✅ Epitalon
✅ Semax

Emideltide, also known as DSIP, was not recommended.

This is an important step, but it is not final FDA approval, and these substances are not FDA-approved medications.

Milford Med Spa is waiting for final FDA guidance and direction from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies.

We work with Strive Pharmacy and Empower Pharmacy and will only prescribe compounded treatments through legally compliant pharmacy channels.

Please be cautious with your body. Do not inject peptides obtained from unverified sources. Injectable medications should be prescribed by a licensed clinician and dispensed for you by a legitimate, appropriately licensed compounding pharmacy.

As guidance evolves, we will thoughtfully incorporate these therapies IF they are deemed safe, appropriate and effective, in alignment with Milford Med Spa’s core values and commitment to responsible, patient-centered care.

❓Why do estrogen blood levels matter in perimenopause and menopause?

As a geriatric specialist for 20 years prior to specializing in medical aesthetics and hormone care, I saw enough damage, pain, suffering, and loss of function due to osteoporosis to know that I don’t want to lose bone, so I take estrogen now because my ovaries stopped making it for me. Effective July 22, we have reduced pricing for our comprehensive medical weight-loss program. Pricing varies based on each patient’s individualized treatment plan and prescribed dose.

Our program includes ongoing medical care and monitoring by our nurses & nurse practitioners, medication when prescribed and clinically appropriate, supplies, and temperature-controlled shipping. Current patients will receive individualized pricing information directly from our team.

Treatment requires a medical evaluation. A prescription is not guaranteed. Individual results vary. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.
