💜 Today is 988 Day — and National Su***de Prevention Week is September 6–12.

Today, September 8, we recognize 988 Day, a national day dedicated to raising awareness about the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline and reminding everyone that mental health support is available when it’s needed.

If you or someone you know is struggling, experiencing emotional distress, or simply needs someone to talk to, call or text 988 to connect with trained crisis counselors. Support is free, confidential, and available 24/7.

Throughout National Su***de Prevention Week, we encourage everyone to check in with themselves and the people around them. A conversation, a text, or simply letting someone know you’re there can make a difference.

At Celebrating Life Community Health Center, we believe mental health is an essential part of overall health. Our Behavioral Health team is here to provide compassionate support to our community.

There is no single “right” way to recover. For some people, recovery may include counseling, peer support, medication, harm-reduction services—or a combination of different types of support.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medications with supportive care to help people living with substance use disorders work toward greater stability, health, and recovery.

At Celebrating Life Community Health Center, our team is here to meet patients where they are—with compassion, respect, and without judgment.

If you or someone you care about is considering treatment, you don’t have to have everything figured out before asking for help. Taking the first step is enough.

September is National Recovery Month and National Su***de Prevention Month—a time to remind our community that recovery is possible, hope is real, and no one has to face life’s challenges alone. 💜🩵

Recovery looks different for everyone. Whether someone is healing from a mental health challenge, substance use disorder, or another difficult chapter, every step forward matters.

Throughout September, CLCHC will share recovery stories, helpful resources, information about medication-assisted treatment and behavioral health services, and ways we can support one another without shame or judgment.

Today, August 31, we recognize International Overdose Awareness Day. 💜

Today is a time to remember the lives lost to overdose, support the families and communities affected, and continue working together to prevent future tragedies.

Overdose can affect anyone, and every life is worth saving. At Celebrating Life Community Health Center, we are committed to reducing stigma and providing compassionate, judgment-free care and resources to those who need them.

💜 CLCHC is a Naloxone Distribution Drop-In Site. Naloxone (Narcan) can quickly reverse an opioid overdose and save a life.

We celebrate our Community Health Workers, Outreach Staff, Enrollment Specialists, ECM and MAT Case Managers, Lead Care Managers, and Housing Specialists. These dedicated team members connect patients with healthcare services and essential community resources while providing education, advocacy, care coordination, enrollment assistance, housing support, and compassionate guidance.
