One of the biggest lessons Lila learned at Solstice was to “do it afraid.” ✨

She realized that fear and discomfort don’t mean you’re incapable… they often mean you’re growing. One of her biggest fears was returning to work, but she learned that being afraid didn’t make it impossible.

Today, she’s doing a job she genuinely enjoys and proving to herself just how capable she really is. 💛
