Our patient came to us, in her hygiene visit, wanting to update her veneers she has had for a long time.

She did not like the size, shape or color of them.

With our technology, we were able to customize a smile for her, which allows her to see and make changes with her veneers before the final product.

Xylitol is a natural sweetener that protects our teeth from cavity causing bacteria by starving the bacteria out because they cannot digest this type of sugar.

Typically cavity causing bacteria digest sweeteners and produce acid which causes breakdown.

This sweetener does the opposite. It does not produce acid, it actually lowers the acidic levels in our mouth which starves the bacteria of the fruit oak food they need. This kills them off and reduces bad bacteria levels in the mouth.

Xylitol also helps to remineralize the teeth by promoting saliva flow, and saliva contains important minerals to fix weakened enamel.

Optimal dosage of xylitol is 5-10 grams a day, which is equivalent to two pieces of xylitol gum, after meals preferably.

This is because our meals contain sugar, promoting acid production and demineralize our teeth. Chewing xylitol gum after meals helps neutralize and reverse acid production.

Dental monitoring is our new technology paired with your Invisalign treatment! 🙌🏽

It is a virtual monitoring app that allows us to track your Invisalign case by scanning with your smartphone, so we can check your progress in between visits. 📱🦷

This means fewer office visits, more accountability, and support through the app to allow us to communicate quicker and easier. 💙
