Sometimes we only see the pieces that hurt, the delays we didn't ask for, the doors that closed, and the seasons that stretched us beyond what felt comfortable.

Just know God sees the whole picture.
The setback.
The lesson.
The healing.
The growth.
The breakthrough.

What feels disconnected today may be the very thing God is using to position you for tomorrow.

Just take a deep breath and keep moving forward. Trust the process, trust His timing, and trust that nothing you've walked through is wasted.

"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." — Romans 8:28

Today, choose faith over fear & trust over worry.🙏🏽

Emotional awareness is not about suppressing what you feel. It is about understanding it.

Edge Control looks like:
• Naming your emotions clearly
• Pausing before you respond
• Identifying your triggers
• Checking your thoughts before accepting them as truth

You do not have to react to every feeling.
You can learn to understand it first.

Boundaries are not about pushing people away. They are about staying connected to yourself.

• Saying no without guilt
• Not over-explaining your decisions
• Being intentional with your time
• Recognizing what drains your energy

You are allowed to take up space in your own life without overextending yourself to others.

OuR BLACK HISTORY 💚❤️💛

Last week, I had the honor of serving as a judge for the Oratorical Contest at Robbins Elementary School during their Black History Program, and it was no easy task.

Every single student delivered with confidence, clarity, and conviction. It was truly difficult to judge because each of them did an outstanding job. Their voices were strong. Their words were powerful. Their presence was undeniable.
What moved me most was seeing these young scholars speak boldly about our history and our contributions—not only to this country, but to the world. This matters on a level we cannot afford to ignore.✊🏾

You can never erase truth. It is our responsibility to ensure our children KNOW their history as they tread the roads to make their own mark on this earth. When students understand where they come from, they walk differently.
They lead differently.
They dream differently.

God bless these students, their parents, and the faculty and staff of Robbins Elementary School for cultivating excellence and pride in identity.

I give them a 10 PLUS! 👏🏾✨
