SURPRISE!!!!!!

Purpose Health & Wellness is growing and we’re moving to a new clinic in Hampstead here in Montgomery!

We will be closed the week of May 25-May 28 to move to the new clinic.

June 1, 2026 we will resume appointments as scheduled in the new clinic at 5272 Hampstead High St, Unit 203, Montgomery, AL 36116.

We can’t wait to show you the new space!
