As a Charge Nurse in our Emergency Department, Shea represents the absolute best of North Alabama Shoals Hospital. The Mercy Award is the highest honor a Lifepoint Health employee can receive, recognizing those who consistently put others first with true compassion.

Shea’s dedication to serving others doesn't stop when her shift ends. A recent DAISY Award winner, she is known for going above and beyond—like personally providing clothes and shoes to a patient in need. Out in the community, Shea quietly dedicates her time to helping others, from volunteering every Saturday at the Moulton Dream Center food bank, to leading "Serve Days" that offer free meals and haircuts for local families, and providing hope through a local jail ministry.
