Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally drained from work? ABHS is launching a new Group Therapy Program for adults ages 25 and older experiencing occupational burnout.

Led by our therapist, Erin Aiello, this supportive group will provide a safe space to process stress, build coping skills, and reconnect with balance and well-being.

Starting in July on the first Wednesday of the month!
