Project HELP’s Sexual Assault Support Group provides a safe, supportive space for survivors to connect with others who understand, share when they feel comfortable, and work through the healing process together.✨

This group will offer an opportunity to:
• Connect with others who have experienced sexual assault
• Share, listen, and feel supported without judgment
• Learn healthy coping and healing strategies
• Build connection and community throughout the healing process
