💙💚 Sometimes weekly therapy isn't enough.

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provide structured, evidence-based mental health support when individuals and families need more than traditional weekly counseling—while allowing clients to remain at home, stay connected to school or work, and continue their daily routines.

Youth IOP • For children ages 8–12 who need extra support with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, or other mental health concerns.
📅 Next cohort begins August 17 in person in Jefferson City or statewide via telehealth.

Perinatal Mental Health IOP • For individuals experiencing emotional challenges during pregnancy or after the birth of a baby.
💚 Now enrolling for fall.

💚💙 It was a great day for families!

Last Saturday, our ABHS team was honored to be part of the Community Baby Shower in Newport, TN.

We enjoyed meeting moms, dads, and growing families, sharing helpful resources, and connecting with our neighbors.
