Come with us on a walking tour of the new footbridge that’s just opened between the Brice Pointe property and Carolina Colours golf club.

This bridge will allow easy access for residents who want to walk or drive their golf cart over to the amenities next door.

We are thankful to be in such a beautiful location with such wonderful amenities close by. The golf club is a separate membership or day pass, but many future residents are already members or looking to join when they move in.

Yesterday the Brice Pointe team hosted a gathering for members on the priority list.

We are thrilled to have received approval from the North Carolina Department of Insurance to move forward into the next stage of development. Now, priority list members are being invited in order to meet with the team, make a 10 percent deposit and reserve their future home.

There’s still time to get on the priority list — get in touch with our sales team if you’d like to be part of the first life plan community being built in New Bern.

ThriveMore has filed a Certificate of Need application with the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services to develop a new Life Plan retirement community called Brice Pointe within Carolina

Yesterday, we celebrated an exciting milestone as Kip and Janet Peregoy became the first Priority List members to reserve their future home at Brice Pointe.

Their reservation is a sign that the vision for New Bern's first Life Plan Community is becoming reality.

This milestone comes on the heels of several exciting developments, including approval from the North Carolina Department of Insurance to move into the next stage of deposits and authorization from the ThriveMore Board of Trustees to advance into the next phase of design and development.
