For cancer (mortality) prevention: 1 minute of vigorous exercise / 4 minutes moderate / 2.5 hours of light exercise like walking. Exercise really IS one of the best tools we have and it's free!

A couple of yers ago I invested on a machine that would help me drink hydrogen-rich water and boost health. It’s been a life-changer! Now I’m sharing this water with my clients.

I drink hydrogen water daily. It's the best.

In an eight-week randomized, double-blind trial of 36 sedentary adults with obesity, drinking 1 liter of hydrogen-rich water daily was associated with higher circulating GLP-1 and a 7.4-point drop in food craving scores, compared with 1.3 points on plain water. Researchers noted the trial was small and relied partly on self-reported questionnaires.
