As summer turns to fall, it’s been wonderful to watch the lake temperature drop at our island cabin. 🍁

I’ve been enjoying sauna and cold swims between rounds for 30 years. But this is the first year my wife decided we should hang a thermometer off the ladder on the dock. Now, along with feeling the change, I’ve been watching the numbers.

I have my favorite temp. But before I share mine, let’s hear yours. What’s your favorite water temp for a plunge between rounds in the sauna?
