340B is not just a number, it’s how patients get the care they need, when they need it. New York must pass the 340B Anti-Discrimination Act (A.6222/S.1913).

Yesterday on National Hepatitis Testing Day, Alliance for Positive Change stood alongside on the steps of City Hall to advocate for expanded health resources.

Expanding access to testing and care is vital to supporting the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Together with advocates across the city, we are committed to breaking down barriers and working toward a future free of hepatitis B and hepatitis C.

What an incredible Sunday at Central Park for the 2026 ! For decades, this walk has been a powerful reminder of why we started: to combat stigma, connect New Yorkers to care, and ensure no one faces their health journey alone.

On Sunday, our staff and program participants put our mission into motion at Central Park delivering vital h@rm r*duction, education, and support directly to the community.

Alliance’s Impact:
- Our staff and program participants marched together in solidarity.
- We distributed 40+ h*rm r*duction kits and 100+ f*ntanyl test strips to save lives.
- Distributed 130+ safer s*x kits to promote wellness and autonomy.

We don’t just walk to remember, we walk to protect, empower, and build a healthier New York together.
