Make sure your palliative care program is counted.

HealthCare Chaplaincy Network is encouraging specialty palliative care programs across the country to participate in the Center to Advance Palliative Care’s (CAPC) Palliative Care Program Inventory.

This ongoing national initiative will build the field’s understanding of where and how specialty palliative care programs operate in hospital and community settings, and where gaps in access remain.

By participating, your program will help:
✅ Map access to specialty palliative care across the United States
✅ Build national data on how programs are structured and deliver care across settings
✅ Identify where gaps in access remain
✅ Strengthen research and advocacy efforts
✅ Create national reports and insights that will let you see how your program’s structures compare to similarly situated programs

The more programs that participate, the more complete the national picture of specialty palliative care will become.
Participation is free and open to all U.S. specialty palliative care programs.
