We aren't just another business in the Noblesville area... we're apart of the Noblesville community!

Our goal when we opened up this business was to not only be a staple in the area, but an active participant in the community we love so much.

From sponsoring sports teams to providing free injuries screens at gyms & other establishments to volunteering at local sporting events, our goal is to show up for y'all as much as y'all show up for us.

The opportunities are endless for this piece of equipment, which is what makes it one of our favorite tools to use. It can be used for upper body, core, balance, and lower body exercises!

Felt like this deserved a permanent spot on the feed to celebrate Lindsay & Kaki ~

We are so proud of them and so honored to have played a part in their journey to this comp. They worked so hard despite encountering injuries during their comp preparation and they are truly some of the hardest working people we've ever met.

A wild Abby has been documented in her element 👀

If you've been in the clinic you've probably seen and met Abby already, but if you haven't, she's our all-star physical therapist assistant!

She joined us back in May and has been killing it! If you haven't met Abby yet, make sure to say hi the next time you see her and be nice because you never know when she might be in charge of your rehab 👀

CLIENT BRAG 🗣️

Dani just completed the Tour du Mont Blanc, a 70 mile hike through France, Italy, and Switzerland that has a total ascent and descent of ~30,000 ft! We've had the honor of helping her through her training by working on lower body strengthening and recovery and are happy to have played a little part in Dani's accomplishment!

You are a total beast Dani!! We're so proud of you!
