When working with children who have experienced sexual abuse, processing through sand tray directives can be both powerful and comfortable. At Bethesda, Inc., our team is dedicated to utilizing therapeutic modalities that meet kiddos where they’re at and encourage processing and healing in ways that are developmentally appropriate - but that doesn’t mean sand tray therapy is just for kids! Our therapists work with children aged 3-18 who have experienced sexual abuse, requiring a variety of specialized approaches and therapeutic modalities to create safe spaces for children of all ages to heal.
