Self-care isn’t something you earn after you’ve done enough.
For many high-achieving women, it’s often the first thing sacrificed and the very thing needed most. When we constantly prioritize responsibilities, deadlines, and everyone else’s needs, we can begin to ignore the early signs of stress, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion. Self-care is not a reward for productivity, it’s a protective factor that helps support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being before burnout takes hold. ☝🏾
