It's been a challenge finding my voice, showing my face, promoting my business, integrating being a practitioner, mother, friend and human being on social media. I hired someone to completely take it over last year, then I felt disconnected. I was trying to find a way to keep parts separate, but recently its become clear:
I do want to share what I love, as a practitioner, as a mother as a human. Wellness is the integration and integrity of the whole self. Sure social media often falls flat but it's where we are...
So here I am, showing you what I offer, in the treatment room, as a yoga instructor and as a mother and women's health advocate. We're all so many things, I'm not trying to fit into a box.
Fridays at the Farm is a very integrative offering, teaching what I love, where I love to do it, outside. Outside of a studio, in the expanse of mother nature, the place that holds us as a whole, the place that nurtures us with her food and water, the place we will all return to. The expansiveness of yoga reaches so far beyond four walls. The outdoors is always where I've always felt most connected to God/source/spirit.
So hello, again, I'm slowly breaking free from my own limits one unapologetic post at a time. Here I am, come and find me.
