Ocean Vayu yoga opened its doors early Spring 2016 with an extensive list of class offerings to appeal to all Yoga enthusiasts as well as those new to Yoga. Some classes we will offer include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mysore, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Mens, Prenatal, Chair and Yoga 101. We plan to have a beautiful retail section supplying all your favorite Yoga gear from mats to sweat towels to straps and you

r favorite yoga garb! We could not be any more excited to bring to Ocean View our combined passion for this amazing life transformational activity. It changed our lives, watch it change yours!

To call this retreat transformational would barely begin to describe it. Spending a week in the jungle beside the Caribbean Ocean felt like stepping into another world — waking each morning to the calls of howler monkeys, surrounded by sacred cacao trees, catching glimpses of sloths, and enjoying the freshest, most incredible food imaginable.
One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was learning from the indigenous Bri Bri tribe. Their matriarchal way of life is deeply rooted in harmony with nature — where the land provides both food and medicine, Mother Earth is honored as sacred, and gratitude is given to every plant before it is used or consumed.
I left feeling completely nourished in heart, body, and soul. It was truly one of the most beautiful and spiritual experiences. ☀️
I feel incredibly blessed to have experienced it with such a great group from our Yoga community.🤍🌺🌴
