It’s official — applications are open for Atlas 200: our Spring 2027 teacher training! ✨

Over eight in-person weekends and virtual discussions, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga, deepen our personal practice, and build the skills and confidence to teach.

Early-bird tuition is $2,995 for the first five enrollments or through November 15, whichever comes first. A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot and is applied toward tuition.

We’ll begin with gentle movement low to the ground, allowing the breath to set the rhythm as we slowly settle in. Supported by props & spacious holds, the practice offers time to soften the body, quiet a busy mind, & rest more deeply 🧘

As program director & primary mentor, Jake will teach throughout Atlas 200, leading core work in teaching methodology, sequencing, cueing, leadership, practice teaching, & the Atlas approach.

Jake is incredibly grateful that Sybil is traveling from Bend, Oregon, to lead a full weekend of Atlas 200. He has gained so much from her teaching, her perspective, & the way she moves through life. He respects her deeply, both as a teacher & as a person, & knew he wanted her to play a meaningful role in our very first training.

Sybil is the first member of our Atlas 200 faculty we’re excited to introduce — & her visit from Oregon for a full featured weekend makes this announcement especially meaningful.
