Yoga for Your Body is a 2-hour workshop led by Michelle Pilling & Olivia Wagner, blending Yoga & Physical Therapy to help you better understand your movement ✨
You’ll begin with a short flow, then explore the “why” behind your movement as we break down common areas like the shoulders, hips, knees, and low back.
Then we’ll move again—with personalized modifications, alignment cues, & anatomy-based insight—so you can discover what works best for your body.
Because no two bodies move exactly the same.
We’ll close with an open Q&A, practical takeaways, and tools you can bring into your yoga practice and everyday life at Atlas Yoga.
