As we celebrate Independence Day, we wish you and your loved ones a safe, relaxing, and memorable Fourth of July. This year is especially significant as our nation continues commemorating America's 250th birthday—a milestone that honors the enduring values of freedom, resilience, and service that have shaped our country for two and a half centuries.

Those same values are reflected every day in the work of Oklahoma psychologists. While many celebrate with family and friends, psychologists continue helping individuals, couples, families, veterans, first responders, children, and older adults overcome life's challenges and build healthier, more resilient communities. Thank you for the compassion, expertise, and dedication you bring to your patients and to the profession. On behalf of the Oklahoma Psychological Association, we wish you a joyful Independence Day and extend our sincere appreciation for all you do to strengthen the mental health and well-being of all Oklahomans.
