DBT Kansas Johnson County Counseling & Wellness offers mental health counseling and Splankna services to the surrounding community.

Johnson County Counseling & Wellness has been created to offer holistic and natural healing services that will include the whole person. We believe a person includes their mind, body, and spirit. Currently, counseling services and Wellness/Splankna sessions are available. We are looking for practitioners interested in partnering to offer a complete array healing sources. Nutritionists, Doula, Mass

age Therapist, or Naturopath, are among the services that would fit nicely. If you feel your business will be able to benefit the community call to come by and tour our offices.

Ladies if or when a man pursues you and then insults you remember he is a weirdo for pursuing you instead of his type. His opinion doesn’t matter because he isn’t even following his own values/preferences. Thats weird. You aren’t the weird one.

Consistently using this skill will quiet down ruminations. If “Becky” argues with you, tell her to stop. It takes two too argue. Set the boundary and hold it. If you need help, give me a holler. I used this tactic for my own intrusive ruminating thoughts.
