The Bandha Room Olympia's only Ashtanga Yoga Studio, offering morning Mysore-style and led classes. www.BandhaRoom.com Pattabhi Jois.

The Bandha Room follows the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa method with Authorized Ashtanga teachers, Vivian and Aeryk, as originally taught by Sri K. Mysore classes will not be held on New or Full Moon Days.

Our dearest and most dedicated yogi friend Taghi has passed away peacefully with his children this morning. His body will be composted according to his wishes and returned to his land, to nourish a Sequoia tree he planted years ago.
We will be holding a Bandha Room celebration of his life before his official memorial, because composting takes time!His last conversations with me and Meg were about death, he was ready, even if we are not.
