Our Father's Day Cookout brought residents and their loved ones together to enjoy delicious cookout favorites, outdoor games, and meaningful time spent with one another. The evening was filled with the joy of connection and community.

Celebrations like these are a wonderful way to honor the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our lives while bringing families together to enjoy special moments that will be cherished for years to come.

💜 A milestone for Happy Valley. A new source of support for North Georgia families.

Take a look back at the Grand Opening of The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer's Center of Excellence, Happy Valley, where residents, families, community leaders, and partners came together to celebrate expanded memory care services for the region.

Designed to meet residents where they are in their journey, the community offers two levels of memory care. The Lamplight supports those in the early to moderate stages of memory loss, while The Lantern provides specialized care for those with more advanced needs.

More than a ribbon cutting, this day represented a continued commitment to serving seniors and families navigating Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia with personalized care, meaningful engagement, and support.

For families impacted by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, The Longest Day represents more than awareness. It reflects the experiences, relationships, and moments that shape the journey of living with memory loss.

For individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia, a fall can affect much more than physical health. It can make someone hesitant to participate, less willing to move around, or unsure of their surroundings.

At The Lantern at Morning Pointe, fall prevention starts with getting to know the person. By understanding how residents move through their day and recognizing changes as they occur, our teams can take steps to help reduce risks before a fall happens.
