💙 Father's Day Reminder
The most meaningful gift is letting Dad know he matters.
Time. Appreciation. Presence. Connection.
Those are the gifts that last long after Father's Day ends.

Becoming a dad is one of life’s greatest joys—but it can also be one of its biggest transitions.

Dad anxiety is real. The pressure to provide, protect, and adapt to a completely new life can feel overwhelming. Yet many fathers suffer in silence because they believe they have to “just handle it.”

The truth is: strong dads ask for support.

If you’re a new father struggling with anxiety, stress, or self-doubt, know that you’re not alone. Talk with your partner. Connect with other dads. Make time for yourself. And if things feel overwhelming, seek professional support.

You don’t have to be perfect to be an amazing dad.

Be present. Be authentic. Be human.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not sure what to expect.

To help make the process feel a little more familiar, I’ve put together an overview of what it’s like to work with me, including practical details, my approach to therapy, and what you can expect as a client. 🛋️

My goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and transparent as possible. If you’re curious about therapy or wondering whether we’d be a good fit, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to connect. 📞

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

Supporting the men in our lives starts with creating space for honest conversations. Mental health struggles don’t always look like sadness—they can show up as irritability, anger, withdrawal, overworking, or increased substance use.

A simple check-in can make a meaningful difference:
• Listen without judgment.
• Ask open-ended questions.
• Encourage healthy self-care and professional support.
• Know the warning signs.
• Take any talk of self-harm seriously.

Strength is not staying silent. Strength is reaching out, speaking up, and supporting one another through life’s challenges.

If someone is in crisis, call or text 988 for immediate support.

Talking saves lives. Let’s continue breaking the stigma around men’s mental health.
