☀️ Sunburns can happen faster than you think — and the redness and pain may not show up until later that day.
Help protect your kids this summer:
• Use sunscreen SPF 30+
• Reapply often, especially after swimming
• Wear hats, sunglasses, and cover-ups
• Take shade breaks during the hottest part of the day
• Keep babies under 6 months out of direct sunlight
Call your pediatrician if there’s severe pain, fever, or blistering.
