A few simple precautions can help keep baby safe and healthy. Before your visit, make sure you're up to date on recommended vaccines, wash your hands, and reschedule if you're feeling under the weather.

When temperatures rise, kids can become dehydrated faster than adults. Help keep them safe by:
💧 Offering water often—even before they say they're thirsty
🍼 Giving infants extra breast milk or formula feeds as needed (avoid water for babies under 6 months)
⚽ Taking frequent water and rest breaks when outside
🏠 Heading indoors to cool off regularly, especially during the hottest part of the day
🚫 Skipping sugary drinks and choosing water instead

A little extra hydration goes a long way on hot summer days!
