Today we said goodbye to an OEC legend. 🥹

Chace has been so much more than our optician. He’s been the life of the party, the source of plenty of laughs, and truly one of the best people you could ever hope to work alongside. Our office simply won’t be the same without him.

While we are SO sad to see him go, we couldn’t be happier for him as he heads to Florida to finally be reunited with his wife, Myranda, as she finishes up her deployment. ❤️

Chace, thank you for everything you’ve brought to OEC and to all of us. You’re leaving some very big shoes to fill.

We love you, we’ll miss you, but we know you’ll be back to cheer your Rebs on soon!

We’re so proud to share an article co-authored by Dr. Ryan Wally on collaborative care.

This topic is especially meaningful because we’ve seen the impact firsthand. One of our patients was struggling with an eye condition, but taking the time to understand how it was affecting her daily life changed the conversation. Looking beyond the diagnosis and addressing the bigger picture made a significant difference in her outlook and ultimately her decision to pursue treatment.

Sometimes the best outcomes happen when providers work together and care for the whole person, not just the condition.
