We are so proud of our very own Morgan Sporea for completing her FIRST ULTRA MARATHON! We tell our clients everyday that they don’t just do hard things. They triumph over hard things when they trust fully in the Lord.

“31 grueling miles, and 62 laps around is DONE!✅ Ran through the night in 70% humidity and finished around 4 am.

I will be riding this excitement for a while!!! When I hit the halfway mark, I had no IDEA how I would continue. Everything hurt…

There’s just something about pushing your body and mind further than you think you can go. When you’re breaking down and you don’t think you can keep going, go one more mile. And another. And one more. Then another.

This race was really on a whim, and zero training to get here. 🙈😳 One thing about me, is I run with my heart. I am not fast, but man am I determined!

Thank you Lord for the ability to cross the finish line!!!”

As Mental Health Awareness Month wraps up, remember that caring for your mental health isn’t something we focus on for just one month—it’s a daily practice.❤️

Here are three simple things you can do this week to support your mental and emotional well-being:

✨ 1. Start your day with prayer and gratitude.
We live in a busy world. Trust us, we get it! Before reaching for your phone in the morning, spend a few moments talking with God and reflecting on what you’re thankful for.

✨ 2. Check in with yourself.
Ask: “How am I really feeling today?” Give yourself permission to acknowledge your emotions without judgment or shame. Record your thoughts in a journal!

✨ 3. Make time for rest.
Don’t mistake rest for being lazy. Rest is not laziness—it’s stewardship. Even Jesus took time away to rest and recharge! You were not meant to do all the things, all the time. Give yourself permission to r e s t. 🙌🏻

Your mental health matters. Your faith matters. And remember that you never have to carry life’s burdens alone.❤️‍🩹

A lot of people believe they need to be in a full crisis before reaching out for help — but therapy isn’t only for those “rock bottom” moments. Therapy can be for the days when you’re overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck, anxious, burnt out, or simply trying to understand yourself better.

You don’t need to “have it all together” before you come to therapy. We will tackle any and every challenge that you are facing together. 🥰

Jesus repeatedly showed that people did not need to have everything figured out before coming to Him. He sat with the hurting, the outcast, the struggling, and the least of these. He met people in their pain, not after they had already fixed it. He didn’t require perfection before offering compassion and love.💗

In the same way, seeking support does not mean you have failed — it means you’re allowing yourself space to be cared for. ✨
