Refill needed?
Call your pharmacy & they will direct a refill request to us as needed. Often, patients play phone tag to find out they had refills available waiting for them to activate.

When the pharmacy requests an alternate prescription or need a prior authorization they usually just reach out.

Refill requests for compounds can be done via the patient chart via “Questionnaire” and selecting “Compound Refill Request”. This ensures your request is tied to your patient chart.
