This week we celebrate an extraordinary career and an even more extraordinary person. After 17 years of dedicated service, our beloved APP, Deb Rufus, is beginning a well-deserved retirement. Throughout her career, she led with excellence, served with compassion, and brought kindness into every interaction. Her unwavering commitment to her patients, colleagues, and community made a difference that cannot be measured.

More than her accomplishments, she will be remembered for the warmth of her smile, the encouragement she freely shared, and the way she brightened every room she entered. She made people feel valued, supported, and cared for every single day. Her impact will continue to be felt long after today.
